Action Aid Enjoins Media Practitioners To Take Ownership Of Anti-Corruption War

Media practitioners in Nigeria have been told pro re-enforce their mandate of making public office holders more accountable in the management of public funds
The policy advocacy and campaign manager for action aid Nigeria Tunde Aremu made the call at a media parley in Abuja, the Nigerian capital
Aremu said the media remains a veritable tool in the fight against corruption and therefore called on journalists and other media practitioners to change the narrative to suit the anti-corruption fight
The forum also enjoined Nigerians to take ownership of the anti-corruption war instead of being mere spectators
Similar sensitization campaigns are expected to take place in the six geopolitical zones of the country
